Wil got some new shoes and I guess he loves them. This was the first time he ever walked behind the walker, he was having so much fun!

Potty Training update

Day started out pretty well again Owen went number 2 on the potty and also went a lot during the day. But he was still beating me to the potty and had a few accidents. Mostly he would start to go and then stop and finish in the potty. We are still doing lots of laundry but he is getting it.

Day three was not so good. Ryan went hunting and I had to work so we had Ryan's mom watch the boys. Since Owen was in a new place he was not so interested in going to the bathroom. He had lots of accidents but I can't get mad because it was our fault that we were not home and we were not there from him.

Today was a good day. Owen was at home with Daddy all day because I was at work. I was a little scared that Ryan was not going to stick to the 30 min potty breaks but he did and Owen was very sucessful!! He only had two accidents all day and was still wearing the pants that we put on him in the morning. Tomorrow is a new day I think he is getting the hang of it. Can't wait to give him his potty party and give him his new Thomas Train that we got him!!

Day one of Potty Training

Well we finally did it. Owen has been more then ready to start potty training but finding a week that we have nothing to do has been hard. So I finally decided that it was time. He did pretty good the first day. To start the day out he went poop in the toilet. I was in shock when I went in and saw it. Through out the day I put him on the potty about every 10-15 minutes but he always seem to beat me and peed his pants. I still put him on and we would go a little. One time he told me he had to go and we went in and he went a lot. I was hoping he would continue to tell me but that didn't work out. We will see how day two goes.

If you are wondering what Wil is doing in the picture he is waiting for Owen outside the bathroom door. He wants to go in with him so bad but he just makes a mess of the toliet paper.

Look what I did!

The other day I gave Owen a cheese stick and he decided to make some art on the window. He was so proud of himself and told me he made pretties and went round and round. Guess we have an artist in the making
